INTERNAL CORPORATE POSITION

Title: Appointment Setter - Business Development

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Salary: $20.00 per hour, plus weekly bonus potential

Placement Type: Direct Hire

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who will be responsible for contacting new Prospects along with our current Clients to enhance the sale of our Staffing Services.

Job Duties:

  • Prior experience in business development, cold calling of prospects, sales, and lead generation of prospective customers.
  • Facilitates TheBest Claims Solutions achieving its client growth, increasing market share, and maintaining its prominent and favorable industry reputation.
  • Follow up with appointed warm sales prospects, track, and notates all sales-related activity.
  • Collaborates effectively with Client Solutions Consultant, Client Experience Manager, and Marketing teams to strategize about corporate goals and opportunities and actively participated in decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management, preferably in Insurance/Claims-related role
  • Prior outbound Call Center experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated experience building relationships over the phone
