Job Summary: We are seeking for a skilled Retail Xstore Senior Business Analyst with 8+ Years of experience responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and solutions related to Oracle’s Xstore POS application. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring seamless operations across store systems and digital retail channels. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, store operations, product owners, and vendors to deliver enhancements, integrations, and end-to-end support for Oracle Xstore implementations and upgrades.
Job Description:
* Minimum of 8+ years in IT project experience, with at least 5+ years of experience in retail industry Xstore POS Applciation.
* Strong knowledge of configuration of Oracle Xstore POS modules to meet business needs.
* Strong understanding of retail store operations and customer experience.
* Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
* Work with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements related to store operations and POS functionality.
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
* Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors
* Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and walkthroughs to ensure shared understanding.
* Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Work with integration teams to connect Xstore with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM,
