Army Residence Community is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Health Care team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents, including retired military officers and their spouses, in a respectful and nurturing environment.

Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Take and record vital signs
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior
Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and ensure a safe environment
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Current Texas CNA certification (Required)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
Must pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with state regulations
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
Ability to respond quickly to resident needs and emergencies
Serve a unique population of retired military officers and their spouses
Work in a respectful, team-oriented environment
