As part of the HR Team, the Compensation Analyst will participate in the administration of the compensation programs, including the yearly bonus process, job matching to McLagan Data and Analytics, and various other comp surveys, and restricted stock plan uploads. Additionally, this position is tasked with ensuring that compensation systems are updated on a timely basis. This role requires a hands-on compensation professional with the ability to execute on a diverse set of initiatives timely and accurately.
Responsibilities:
The Compensation Analyst will work with the other members of HR Team including the Head of HR to manage compensation related matters for the organization including the yearly compensation process, maintenance of internal compensation data, external market data survey participation/benchmarking, and restricted stock plan administration.
