Job Title:

Location: Data Entry Associate

Duration: 3 months contract

Location : Bellevue, WA (Onsite )

Pay : $18/hr - $20/hr on w2 without benefits

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate to assist our corporate communications team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage large volumes of data, and all within a fast-paced environment.

RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce.
  • Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry.
  • Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1+ years of related work experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Must have high attention to detail, be well organized and a self-starter
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
