About the Company

Our client is a seeking to add a Director of Corporate Services, Ideal individual will collaborate closely with business unit heads and strategy and growth leaders throughout the organization to ensure a cohesive approach to growth that maximizes the long-term value of the business.

About the Role

Select individual will play a critical role in overseeing the management and implementation of the firms' corporate services, procurement, workplace operations and business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and transformative Corporate Services function at firm
  • Coordinates cross-departmentally to maintain internal controls, streamline processes, and enhance the overall operational workflow.
  • Build in-house capabilities to drive process standardization and efficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of innovation goals and progress.
  • Lead, own and facilitate the project prioritization process across corporate function for firm
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to all stakeholders, ensuring the target operating model aligns with enterprise strategic goals
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track business and corporate objectives
  • Ensure that the organization stays ahead of technological disruptions and can rapidly adapt to new developments
  • Prepare written goals and objectives for departmental activities, translating them into successful action plans.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving and action planning skills to improve internal and external operations.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external technology vendors, research institutions, startups, and other valuable external partners
  • Produce multi-year plans and forecasts; create and analyze business metrics and identify cost savings opportunities; and deliver economic insight into the relationships between costs and revenues to improve the financial success of the business going forward

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Services/ Strategic Operations or a related field
  • Strong and well-developed analytic, problem-solving and quantitative skill, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated people leadership / management
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the business's growth and profitability objectives
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in performing complex problem solving and business trade off decision analysis
  • Results-orientation with an ability to take initiative, execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner
