Job Description

Our client, a well-known music entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as an Ecommerce Analyst. This role is fully remote.

*This is a 6 month W2 contract*

In this role, you will be a member of the Financial Operations team within Fame House. You will have the responsibility of assisting with the month-end close process and preparing sales data files for return filings.

What You Will Be Doing

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of EU, AU and UK sales data files sent to 3rd parties to prepare and file VAT returns, as well as making sure payments are processed in a timely fashion.
• Compile coding for carrier charges received from Logistics
• Manage the Fame House Corporate Card and collaborate with internal departments to retrieve the proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of progressive experience working in Finance/Accounting roles, preferably within the music industry or eCommerce space
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with SAP, Monday.com, Sharepoint is a plus.
