Job Description

About Us

We are a high-end fashion brand based in Los Angeles, known for elevated ready-to-wear and swimwear collections. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and solutions-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The E-Commerce Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our Shopify Plus website, assisting across both backend functionality and technical execution. This person will be responsible for site merchandising, inventory accuracy, order management, sales reporting, and backend troubleshooting while working closely with the team and our external partners.

This role also supports broader technical operations and reports directly to our Head of Operations and Tech. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, is highly analytical and brings a proactive mindset to site and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize product listings, collections, navigation, and onsite merchandising on Shopify Plus
  • Liaise with our 3PL to monitor order flow, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and manage returns/exchanges
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across Shopify and 3PL systems; perform regular audits and reconciliations
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales and product performance reports, using Shopify and Google Analytics
  • Monitor site performance and assist with troubleshooting technical issues, UX bugs, and product feed errors
  • Support product launches with timely uploads, accurate pricing, tagging, and categorization
  • Coordinate with customer service on order-related issues and escalations
  • Assist with setting up site promotions, discount codes, and homepage or banner updates
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and customer service to ensure alignment

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion or lifestyle
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify and Shopify Plus; experience with third-party apps and integrations
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations and order fulfillment workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify reports, and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management
  • Technically proficient and comfortable resolving minor site/backend issues
  • Experience with Klaviyo and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment
  • Passion for fashion and a strong appreciation for elevated branding and customer experience

Perks

  • Join a growing, female-founded luxury brand with global momentum
  • In-person, collaborative work environment in Los Angeles
  • Access to exclusive employee discounts
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger role in e-commerce operations, analytics, or digital strategy
