Candidates will have 2-5+/- years of experience in private practice advising public and private companies. Ideal candidates will have experience working on ECEB matters as they relate to mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, and other transactions. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and be licensed in or getting licensed in IL.
