Entry-Level Sales Representative

Location: Memorial Area - Onsite | Full-Time

About Us

Our client is a rapidly expanding industrial e-commerce company, providing high-quality materials to customers across various industries. As our business grows, we need a dedicated Entry-Level Sales Representative to assist with inbound customer inquiries, quotes, and sales support.

What You’ll Do

Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers looking to purchase materials or request quotes
Provide product information, pricing, and order details in a professional and timely manner
Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
Learn and stay up to date on products and pricing
Follow up on leads and inquiries to help drive sales growth

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
A positive, customer-first attitude and strong attention to detail
Coachability and a willingness to learn – no prior industry experience required!
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
