ADP is hiring a Human Resources Compliance Manager.

As Human Resources Compliance Manager, you will monitor legislation and respond to business needs that impact HR and Global Policy. In this role, you will recommend policy changes based on external best practices, benchmarking, business impact, and compliance with country/local laws. You will also conduct proactive compliance audits and respond to audit requests presented to the HR Shared Services organization, as needed, throughout the year.
No two days are the same. You will work alongside a team of passionate, creative professionals, including attorneys, to navigate current and evolving regulations. While every day is fast-moving and unpredictable, one thing is sure: people and communication skills are necessary for every aspect of this job.
To thrive in this role, you must have strong project management experience and a background in helping business partners comply with policies.
