Role Overview

We’re hiring a 2-3 NewJewelry Experience Stylist to help us deliver unforgettable moments through permanent jewelry. This role blends client-facing service, sales, and light hands-on artistry . You’ll guide customers through chain and charm selections, perform or support welding, and help create the warm, personalized vibe we’re known for.

Whether you’re styling a first-time visitor or supporting a full-scale event, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how people connect through our jewelry.

Key Responsibilities

• Style clients with permanent jewelry and ready-made pieces
• Perform or assist with permanent jewelry welds (we train you!)
• Guide customers through personalization and design choices
• Provide high-touch, friendly service in-studio and at events
• Maintain a clean, beautiful space that aligns with our aesthetic
• Support event setup, sales flow, and teardown as needed
• Upsell thoughtfully and speak confidently about materials & care

• Thrive in social settings and work well under pressure
• Are open to learning welding (if not already trained)
• Are available weekends and occasional weekdays
• Are based in or near Northern VA
