At Heartland Restaurant Group, a proud franchisee of Dunkin', the District Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations in alignment with Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies, and applicable laws. The DM provides strong, positive leadership to their team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable growth within a single restaurant location.
Position Summary :
As a District Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of 5 to 6 Dunkin' locations, ensuring each store meets or exceeds business objectives. You will lead, support, and develop Restaurant Managers and their teams, driving performance across operations, guest satisfaction, staff development, and financial results. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role requiring a strong presence in the field and a passion for operational excellence and customer service.
