Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support food safety and quality operations at our food production site. This role involves routine testing of raw materials, in-process and final products, documentation of test results, and ensuring compliance with GMP, HACCP, and other regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine analytical and lab testing.
• Monitor and maintain lab instrumentation.
• Document results accurately in LIMS or databases.
• Conduct equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance.
• Support food/feed safety and quality initiatives.
• Maintain customer specification documentation and support compliance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Prior lab testing experience in food or feed production environments preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, FSQR.
• Ability to document results and maintain lab logs.
• Strong organizational and quality focus.
