Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our building for any damage, and conduct routine maintenance on our equipment to keep it running smoothly. This is a Multiple-Property position. Time will be focused on our Fayetteville location and occasionally travel to the Raleigh & Goldsboro, North Carolina locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
• Perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpentry, and general cleaning of the facility.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
• Participate in preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Order and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects as needed.
• Provide emergency maintenance support during off-hours or weekends, if required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• A valid driver’s license may be required, depending on the location.

Compensation

$18 - $22 hourly
