Job Summary: The Mercedes/BMW Service Advisor is a full-time, position. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mercedes/BMW vehicle owners by managing their service needs and ensuring their satisfaction. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between the customer and the service technicians, ensuring all repairs and maintenance are communicated effectively and completed in a timely manner.
