• Pay : $80K–$90K

Interview Process

• Meet with the CTO
• Panel with senior engineering, service desk, and security leaders
• Final round with CEO and CTO

What You’ll Do

• Service Delivery Oversight : Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met across managed IT services.
• Engineering Leadership : Guide infrastructure, cloud, and application support teams.
• IT Asset Management : Oversee procurement, tracking, and compliance of IT assets.
• Security Operations : Support cybersecurity tools and controls in collaboration with security leadership.
• Quality Assurance : Partner with QA to drive continuous service improvement.
• Process & Policy Development : Champion ITIL and Kaizen principles to refine SOPs.
• Client Communication : Act as a trusted point of contact for operational updates.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and empower cross-functional teams.
• Strategic Planning : Collaborate with leadership on goals, budgets, and reporting.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Security, or related field
• 5–10 years in IT operations or MSP environments, with 5+ years in leadership
• Strong background in service delivery, asset management, and security tooling
• Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and resource planning
• Familiarity with ITIL, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry regulations (a plus)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset
