We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager – Operations to oversee and drive key operational initiatives and cross-functional projects. This role will manage timelines, resources, reporting, and communication across multiple internal teams to ensure on-time and effective delivery of operational objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing process improvements, coordinating internal stakeholders, and executing data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of strategic and tactical operations projects across difference business platforms or functions.
  • Manage a small and efficient PM team of 2 to 3 team members
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track deliverables, and manage dependencies and risks.
  • Organize and facilitate regular project meetings with clear agendas, outcomes, and action items.
  • Work closely with business or functional leaders to define scope, objectives, KPIs, and success criteria for each project.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment with all stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support change management efforts and rollout of new systems, policies, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to process standardization and knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in operations or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management tools or systems
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, dashboards, or data visualization tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interface with all levels of the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global, or fast-growth organization.
