Construction Estimator – Northern New Jersey

We’re seeking a Construction Estimator to join a leader in commercial envelope restoration, concrete repair, waterproofing, and window services . Our client partners with property owners and managers to handle every aspect of exterior building maintenance and has grown into one of the largest companies of its kind in the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage estimates from start to finish, working with employees, clients, engineers, and vendors
• Oversee an existing estimating assistant and report directly to estimating department management
• Collaborate with estimators, business development managers, project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure the scope of work, changes, RFIs, and cost adjustments are fully understood before proposals are submitted

Compensation & Growth:

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$100,000
