Job Description

Sherwood-Logan & Associates, a leading manufacturer’s representative in the Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a capable, resourceful, and hard-working Flow Control Project Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. With decades of industry expertise, Sherwood-Logan has grown into one of the premier providers of water and wastewater treatment equipment. This position is based out of our Annapolis, Maryland headquarters or our Langhorne, Pennsylvania office , and works closely with our sales team, flow control team and internal departments.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with strong technical aptitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. This role requires a blend of engineering insight and estimating proficiency to support project pursuits from inception through delivery.

Engineer Estimating:

-Analyze project plans and specifications to develop cost estimates for Dezurik valves and other valve components, utilizing OEM platforms and technical resources.

-Compile detailed material take-offs and pricing models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Bidding Coordination:

-Prepare, coordinate, and track bid proposals; collaborate with internal sales staff and external partners to ensure timely and competitive submissions.

Project Management:

-Enter order in ERP system, order and prepare submittals for approval and release equipment for shipment.

Engineering Support:

-Assist consulting engineers and end users with product selection, technical documentation, submittal packages, and project management post-procurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Solid understanding of water and wastewater treatment systems or relevant mechanical/industrial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems and OEM tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
