Experienced Regional Sales Manager, specializing in managing and expanding relationships in the Americas market. Proven expertise in integrating and embedding solutions, including RFID technology, printed circuit boards (PCBs), and related components, into customer systems across the hardware, semiconductor, embedded systems, and electronic technology sectors. Skilled at strategic discussions with C-suite executives and technical engagements with engineering teams, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction. This is a sales role but with strong technical acumen.

Key success indicators include revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and effective utilization of tools and systems to deliver seamless, end-to-end processes. Focused on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer requirements while driving market growth. This position will require the management of some current accounts, but with strong emphasis on establishing new accounts. This is a salary plus commission position. Expertise in RFID (radio frequency identification) technology is highly preferred.

IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.

HID’s Identification Technologies powers the trusted identities of the world’s people, places and things through smart components and cloud services. As our Regional Sales Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

• Driving revenue growth and surpassing regional sales targets.

• Identifying new opportunities in targeted industries and end-user segments.

• Developing and implementing business plans tailored to the Americas market.

• Establishing strong partnerships with resellers, systems integrators, and end-users.

• Working with Operations, Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver on customer expectations.

• Partnering with Pre-sales to craft tailored solutions addressing customer needs.

• Providing feedback on market trends to inform product strategies.

• Traveling extensively to nurture relationships and explore new opportunities.

• Organizing participation in trade shows and marketing events.

• Representing the company at industry events to build networks and gain insights.

• Submitting comprehensive and timely reports to senior management.

Your Experience and Background include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (preferred).

• 8+ years of experience in integrating/embedding solutions like PCBs into customer systems.

• 8+ years in vertical markets and business development (preferred).

• Expertise in RFID technology (highly preferred).

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).

• Proven success in business development and/or technical sales within the technology sector.

• Strong strategic account management expertise, including lifecycle management of OEM components.

• Experience with targeted verticals, such as Desk bookings, EV Charging, Vending, Cabinets, Industrial Dispensing, Gaming, Parking, and Retail (POS).

• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of RFID embedded solutions and mobile enablement platforms (RFID, BLE).

• Established network of channel partners and integrators is a plus.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At HID, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $125,00 to $130,000. The OTE is up to $240,000.
