Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite Preferred)

Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term Contract)

Engagement: Salesforce Technical Debt Reduction Initiative

Job Overview:

We are seeking two highly experienced Salesforce Technical Leads to join a long-term engagement focused on technical debt reduction within a large-scale enterprise Salesforce environment. The ideal candidates must have deep technical expertise in Salesforce development and configuration, a strong understanding of best practices, and prior experience working with top-tier Indian IT services firms such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, or HCL .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the remediation of technical debt in existing Salesforce orgs.
• Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Applications.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Flows.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce Apex best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, admins, and QA.
• Support security and compliance efforts through SAML, OAuth, and SSO configurations.
• Perform health checks, data management, sandbox management, and deployment coordination.
• Create detailed documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Change Management & Data Management
• Security Administration & Health Checks
• Reports, Dashboards, Sandbox & Deployment Management
• Strong understanding of Apex Best Practices

Certifications Required:

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
