VP of Finance – Newly Created - Growing Client – Path to CFO! Heavy M&A! On-Site (Cincinnati/Dayton, OH area) Korn Ferry has been engaged on an exciting VP of Finance opportunity with a fast-growing client in the Cincinnati area! Our client is rapidly growing and seeking a VP of Finance who thrives in developing structure, financial reporting, M&A diligence/integration, and building out their own team! This is a rare opportunity to get in at the ground level and create a solid foundation with the ability to scale. You’ll have a seat at the table with leadership coming from impressive backgrounds that will help elevate your talent as much as you’re growing your team! The VP of Finance will be involved in all aspects of Finance and will work closely with the President. You’ll be involved with Finance & Accounting (ownership of financials, FP&A, budget, forecasting); M&A (diligence, deal analysis, strategy, integration); establishing policies and procedures; developing the new reporting utilized to evaluate company performance and provide key insights for continued growth; and more! Our client is seeking a “hands-on” leader willing to “roll up their sleeves” and work directly with the teams to achieve the organization’s goals and objectives. Targeting up to $180K Base (depending on experience) and Bonus Potential. Growth to CFO! Scope of Responsibilities: Ownership of financials, FP&A, budget, forecasting, consolidations Financial Leader responsible for key financial deliverables M&A – due diligence, deal analysis, strategic planning, integration Management of monthly forecasting, budget, KPIs, and preparation of reporting for Leadership Build, lead and mentor the Finance/Accounting team Work closely with Leadership across the organization to provide financial data for key business decisions to drive the business forward and ensure proper resources Identifying and implementing process improvements Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives. Required Skills: ~ On-Site Position in the Cincinnati area – Must be Local ~ MBA/Master's/CPA - Preferred ~7+ years of progressive financial experience and leading a team ~ Manufacturing/Distribution experience ~ M&A (transaction, diligence, integration) ~ Process Improvement mindset with a history of transforming processes/reporting Korn Ferry ID: E510737237
