Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal with at least 1 year of relevant legal experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and enthusiastic about assisting clients through complex immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file immigration forms, applications, affidavits, and supporting documents
• Manage client communications in English and Spanish
• Maintain client files and track deadlines
• Support attorneys in preparing for client meetings, hearings, and filings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of legal experience (experience in immigration law strongly preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace
• Professional, personable demeanor with a passion for client advocacy
• High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
