Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced clinic environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing patient scheduling, maintaining health information, and facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic.
  • Manage medical scheduling efficiently, coordinating appointments and follow-ups for patients.
  • Handle administrative tasks including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and managing patient records.
  • Maintain accurate health information management practices to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Utilize medical software systems.
  • Process patient information with attention to detail, including insurance verification.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient flow and address any issues that arise promptly.
  • Bilingual Polish/ English

Experience

  • Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and administrative support functions is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EHR) such as Practice Fusion is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
